SNL was commissioned to complete a master plan for an estate in Watermill.  Originally a developer spec residence, the family wanted to create a more welcoming and distinctive property.  The family wanted to create a welcoming and distinctive front driveway and entry experience, create new planting beds throughout, add a jacuzzi and outdoor movie screen around the existing pool, add a large built-in seating area, and partially screen an existing basketball court.  Originally from Israel, the family also wanted to add an organic vegetable garden to supply vegetables and fruits common to Middle East for their summer cooking and entertaining.  The first phase of the project included installation of the vegetable garden and planting around the basketball court.  Densely planted grasses punctuated by pink coneflowers and white crape myrtle trees screen views from the of the basketball court.  Later work will include installation of a custom-designed in-ground firepit with built-in seating, addition of a jacuzzi near the existing pool, and re-landscaping the driveway and front yard.
